§ 14-16-45. Elevator Safety Code—Granting of exceptions.

The board of elevator rules only shall have power to grant exceptions from the requirements of the code adopted by section 14-16-43, and to permit the use of other devices and methods, at its discretion, within the limitations stated in such code.
