Any person aggrieved by an order or act of the inspector or chief elevator inspector
or director of planning and development under this chapter may, within 15 days after
notice thereof, appeal from such order or act to the board, which shall, within 30
days thereafter, hold a hearing of which at least ten days' written notice shall be
given all interested parties. The board shall, within 30 days after such hearing,
issue an appropriate order either approving or disapproving said order or act. A copy
of such order by the board shall be served upon all interested parties.
