§ 14-12-39. Suspension of inspection certificate.

If, upon inspection, a boiler or unfired pressure vessel is found to be in such condition that it is unsafe to operate, the inspection certificate shall be suspended by the chief inspector, who shall be notified by a deputy inspector or special inspector. Any person causing such objects to be operated shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
