§ 14-12-33. Reports by insurance company—Risks refused because of defects.

  • If an insurance inspector, upon the first inspection of a new risk, finds that the boiler or any of the appurtenances are in such condition that his or her company refuses insurance, the company shall immediately notify the chief inspector and submit a report of the defects.
