§ 14-12-29. Revocation of special inspector's certificate of competency or commission.

The certificate of competency and commission issued to a special inspector may be suspended by the director and may be revoked upon ten days' notice to the inspector and to the employer of such inspector, for incompetence or untrustworthiness; for willful falsification of any matter or statement contained in his or her application, or in the report of any inspection; or for other sufficient reasons. The holder of such certificate of competency or commission shall be entitled to a hearing before the director before the revocation thereof.
