§ 14-12-25. Preparation for inspection.

The owner or user shall prepare each boiler or unfired pressure vessel for internal inspection and shall prepare for and apply a hydrostatic pressure test whenever necessary, on the date specified by the chief inspector, deputy inspector or special inspector, which date shall be not less than seven days after the date of notification.
