§ 14-12-21. Appeals from orders or acts of inspectors.

Any person aggrieved by an order or act of an inspector or the chief inspector under
this chapter may, within 15 days' notice thereof, appeal from such order or act to
the board of boiler rules, which shall, within 30 days thereafter, hold a hearing,
after having given at least ten days' written notice to all interested parties. The
board shall, within 30 days after such hearing, issue an appropriate order either
approving or disapproving such order or act. A copy of such order by the board shall
be given to all interested parties.
