§ 12-80-13. Parking of railway cars at crossings.

  • It is unlawful for any person to park railway cars within the city limits of the city nearer than 150 feet to any grade crossing of any of the streets of the city occupied with the tracks of any railway company in the city. This section shall not be so construed as to prohibit the parking of cars for the purpose of loading or unloading on a platform attached to a building.
