§ 12-76-40. Vehicles for hire.

A.

No person shall operate any vehicle for hire from the airport except with the approval of the president of the airport authority and under such terms and conditions as may be prescribed by him or her.

B.

No common carrier vehicle or vehicle for hire shall load or unload passengers at the airport at any place other than that designated for the purpose by the president of the airport authority.
