§ 12-76-38. Operation of motorized equipment on apron.

Latest version.

No motorized equipment shall be operated on the apron of the terminal building or the aircraft landing area at the airport, except:
A.

By persons assigned to duty thereon;

B.

By persons authorized by the president of the airport authority.
