§ 12-76-30. Portable traffic-control light.
Latest version.
The portable traffic-control light shall be used to regulate landing and take offs of any aircraft not equipped with radio. Signals from the portable traffic-control light shall be those provided for such use by the air traffic rules issued by Federal Aviation Regulations. All such light signals from the tower shall be acknowledged by the pilot by the wiggling of ailerons when on the ground, and by rocking of the wings when in the air.
