§ 12-76-25. Removal of disabled aircraft.

Aircraft owners, their pilots and agents, shall be responsible for the disposal of disabled aircraft and parts thereof, and shall promptly remove the same from the airport, unless directed to delay such action pending an investigation of an accident.
