§ 12-76-21. Storage and repair of aircraft.

Aircraft shall be stored and repairs made on the airport only in the spaces designated for the purpose by the president of the airport authority. Aircraft other than those belonging to the commercial airlines entering the airport, and military aircraft, may be repaired on the airport only by fixed base operators doing business on the airport; provided, however, that a properly qualified airplane mechanic may work upon, service and repair aircraft owned by him or her.
