§ 12-76-9. President to have access to records of commercial users.

As a condition precedent to the right of commercial airlines and air freight and express haulers to use the airport, the president of the airport authority shall be given access by them at all reasonable times, in person or by agent, to examine and check the records of such airlines and freight and express haulers, showing the information required by this chapter to be reported by them to the president of the airport authority.
