§ 12-76-20. Airport authority—Promulgation of rules and regulations.

The board of commissioners of the airport authority shall have authority to make and promulgate rules and regulations for the development, operation, maintenance and management of the airport and to develop, maintain, manage and operate the airport in accordance therewith.
