§ 12-76-3. Acrobatic flying.

Aerial acrobatics and trick flying over any area within the limits of the city, or within the airport control zone, are prohibited; and within such areas the controls of aircraft shall not be manipulated so as to divert the aircraft from normal, stable and safe flight; provided however, that acrobatic flying may be permitted within the airport control zone outside the boundaries of the city upon previous arrangement made with the controller on duty in the tower, and the approval of the president of the airport authority.
