§ 11-60-7. Required registration.

All residents of the city owning and operating a motor vehicle classified in section 11-60-9 in the city shall register such vehicle with the city's registration agent between March 1 and April 15 of each calendar year; provided that, upon the acquisition of any vehicle which does not replace any vehicle previously registered under this chapter, the owner shall register the same within five days after such acquisition.
