§ 10-8-4. Disturbing or disquieting school students or occupants.
A.
It is unlawful for any person while on any public road or street or sidewalk or in any building or structure or on the school premises to willfully interfere with, disturb, or in any way disquiet the students or pupils of any university, college, public or private school in the city while same is in session, or the principal or teachers in charge of such students or pupils; nor shall any such person, while such school is in session, communicate with such students or pupils for the purpose of interfering with, disturbing or in any way disquieting them, either orally or in writing or by signs or otherwise.
B.
It shall also be unlawful for any person or persons to cause, advise or procure any other person or persons to perform or participate in the performance of any of the acts or conduct prohibited by this section.
