§ 10-8-11. Gambling.
A.
It is unlawful for any person to keep a gambling house, room or other place, or to keep or have in his or her possession any table, cloth, box or device for the purpose of gambling.
B.
It is unlawful for any person to play at any game of chance or hazard any money or other valuable thing, or in any way to aid, abet, countenance or encourage such game.
C.
It is unlawful for any person to maintain himself or herself by gaming or other undue means, or remain at hotels or in the city for the purpose of gaming.
